Service Agreement

When you contact us to rent portable toilets, we will confirm the following details with you:

• Type and number of units needed
• Delivery location and placement requirements
• Rental start and end dates
• Pricing and payment terms
• Any special requirements or access considerations

Your rental agreement begins once we confirm these details with you and you agree to proceed with the rental.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted over the phone based on your specific rental needs. Pricing includes delivery, pickup, and standard servicing as agreed. Payment is due according to the terms discussed during your rental confirmation. We accept various payment methods, which will be discussed when you place your order.

Delivery and Placement

We will coordinate a delivery window with you based on your schedule and our availability. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring clear access to the delivery location
• Marking or communicating the desired placement area
• Obtaining any necessary permits for placement on public property
• Ensuring the ground can support the weight of the units
• Providing accurate directions and access information

If our delivery team cannot access the location or safely place the units due to unforeseen obstacles, additional fees may apply for return trips.

Rental Period and Pickup

The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date. If you need to extend your rental, contact us before the scheduled pickup date. Late fees may apply if units are not ready for pickup on the scheduled date or if we are not notified of changes in advance.

Unit Condition and Use

All units are delivered clean, sanitized, and stocked. You agree to:

• Use the units for their intended purpose only
• Not move or relocate units once placed
• Prevent vandalism or misuse by event attendees or workers
• Report any damage or issues immediately

You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs if units are damaged beyond normal wear and tear during your rental period.

Servicing

For rentals longer than one week, regular servicing may be included or available for an additional fee. Servicing includes pumping waste, restocking supplies, and cleaning. We will coordinate servicing schedules with you during the rental confirmation process.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or modify your rental, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies will be discussed when you confirm your rental. Last-minute cancellations may result in fees to cover scheduling and logistics costs.

Weather and Acts of God

We will make every effort to deliver and service units on schedule. However, severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Liability

Titanrise Porta Potty Rental Austin is not responsible for:

• Injuries resulting from misuse of rental units
• Damage to property caused by user error or third parties
• Loss or theft of personal items left in or near units
• Issues arising from failure to follow placement or usage guidelines

You agree to indemnify and hold Titanrise Porta Potty Rental Austin harmless from claims arising from your use of the rental units.

Permits and Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining any permits required by local authorities for placing portable toilets on public or private property. We can provide guidance, but final responsibility rests with the renter.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. Any unresolved disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
